I spent over 25 years in accounting and finance as a licensed CPA (currently Inactive), investment banker, commercial loan officer, and CFO, but I was never truly fulfilled.

I wanted to build my own business and spend my days helping people, not just analyzing spreadsheets. The turning point came while working as a CFO for a real estate brokerage in the Outer Banks.

I was cutting commission checks for agents that matched my annual salary, per transaction. I realized: Why am I building their business instead of my own? But this wasn't just a career pivot. It was personal. I've loved the coast my whole life.

As a little girl on beach vacations, I wondered, "Why doesn't everyone just live here year-round?" When my family moved to the Outer Banks in 2010, I got to live that dream.

Then in 2020, I found my ideal: a mile from Wrightsville Beach with Wilmington's city amenities close by. When I became an agent in 2019, I brought something unique: 25+ years of financial expertise combined with genuine lived experience on the North Carolina coast.

Little did I know that focusing on what I love most, helping people, would lead to becoming the #1 eXp individual agent in Wilmington and a Real Producers Top 300. It's more than I could have ever hoped for when I set out in 2019.
